Molybdenum (Mo), chromium (Cr), and iron (Fe) can all be added to Hastelloy Screws in the following proportions: 30% Mo, 23% Cr, and 29% Fe. ’ Nickel has strong corrosion resistance characteristics on its own. But when combined with other elements to form an alloy, nickel is known to modify corrosion resistance while also adding a few other characteristics that make these Hastelloy Fasteners more robust and durable than other common alloys.
